Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we may only accept for the refund and/or return in the following circumstances:

  1. Parcel delivered with missing items
  2. Received the wrong product(s)
  3. Received a product with physical damage
  4. Received a faulty product

You may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mkmeow.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Malaysia.

If your return request is accepted, we will notify you of the return address in Malaysia. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Malaysia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

You will have to pay for the return shipment cost. It is strongly advised that a trackable shipping method is used.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
