Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the following countries and regions:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer flat rate shipping to West Malaysia.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number and website URL you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 12 days (West Malaysia & Singapore), 16 days (East Malaysia) or 22 days (Rest of the world) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@mkmeow.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.


Refunds, and returns

Please review our Refund Policy.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and in the following circumstances:

  1. Parcel delivered with missing items
  2. Received the wrong product(s)
  3. Received a product with physical damage
  4. Received a faulty product

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@mkmeow.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
